Yamano Hiroshi
山野 宏
In 1991, he was awarded by the Racow Commission, one of the world’s most prestigious glass art awards. His artworks are in the collections of numerous museums including Corning Museum of Glass, Chrysler Museum of Art, Henry Ford Museum and more. He is the current head of the Department of Crafts at Osaka University of Arts. He is one of the most well-known Japanese glass artists in the United States. He has held exhibitions and lectures there and in Japan.
